my pre progress log

Postby Afterplacebo » December 29th, 2014, 4:17 pm

I've read the book. in between moving house and just back from a month long trip to mexico, I am resolving to get my items and home in order.
I am trying here to log a list of items I have to get done, and my progress

My biggest problem? Odd-out-of-control work hours and resulting skipped meals make me famished. I MUST pack snacks and lunches. Am trying to get everything together before the 1st so that I can start well.

to do
get scale
measure self using tape measure
buy beans, dahl, spring onions
Soak beans
prep cruciferous vegetables
buy meat (chicken breast, chicken mince, pork mince, frozen fish, canned tuna)
buy tomatos, avacados, onions
buy 9 clear containers for fridge use(storing prepped food)
buy lemons
get supplements (vitamins, spirulina)

done/bought
eggs (cooked, refrigerated)
carrots (sliced, refrigerated)
mushrooms
cabbage stew (cooked, refrigerated)
hot sauce, lemon chilli, curry powder
lemon press
trainers

17th day: 2nd week
binge day

i measured myself and am getting larger instead of smaller.
Everyday has been on the slow carb diet and I've kept every meal 'clean'.

Glad to have a binge day as i started to feel deprived 3 days ago and am just desperate to hold on.
seems to take at least 6 weeks to see results. omg

day 23
binge day tomorrow
I am down with severe back pain and have still been managing to cling on to my diet.

I find that I fall into a routine of snacking on sliced carrots everyday at around 4pm
I eat less beans. i seem to have lost my taste for them.
today I am going batty craving chocolate. I eat peanut butter in desperation

i will measure myself today. Started my period. that may account for the total measuring size increasing. hopefully something will change soon.
