HI, i am not really overweight but i wanted to try the 'Slow Carb Diet' described in the book as more of a mental challenge . I weigh 160lbs(72.5kg) I started the slow carb diet 24 hours ago and I've lost 7lbs(3.17kg) and 1.5% body fat in a single day! Is this healthy?

First couple of days you're body will get rid of a lot of 'crap' - see it as a cleansing - it will subside. For my own I can say that I gorged the days before starting which gave me a high starting weight and I lost 4 kilos the first week.
