I have started the SCD before, but just half did it. Regardless, I lost about seven pounds, but lately have stopped watching what I eat. I decided that I would start logging my progress so I will be more inclined to watch myself - instead of not feeling accountable.
My starting weight from this morning ( February, 14) was 142 on the dot.
I am going to weigh myself once a week in the morning every Friday - starting this Friday.
Right now I do not plan on doing anything else than being on the SCD - like using kettlebells, ice packs, pagg, or cold showers.
