Best book for nutrition parts of SCD is 'It Starts With Food' from the blog.

The best resource for exercise that I have found that is similar to 4HB but a bit different (it would be overtraining by 4HB standard) is the MI40 program by Ben Palkulski.

Some data is exactly six weeks in. Im' down 19.3 pounds and 15.9 of fat. Now weighing 106.9 kg and want to get below 100 until the end of March! Dietbet helps a lot!

will try to post some log around just to keep me motivate, sorry if my english not so good and i dont talk much.

weight 114kg

protein 100gr
carb 20?gr
fat <10gr

only be taking protein shake, cup of coffee with very little sugar, and some fish oil.

Then your doing a Pre RFL for 2-3 days correct?
Fat & carbs kept to 20grams or below daily is RFL. What your plan is is kinda a Pre RFL just to see if you can hack it?
