Crisis averted looks like its 9 hours of bedtime for me.

Slow carb meals like usual with a handful of almonds to get me through the work day.

1 hour before bed an icepack for one episode of walking dead(or just about), followed by 9 hours of bedtime 8ish of which are sleep.

Solid 2 kilos this week.

Down to 98kg.

Thanks Justhamade

A solid 1.4 kilos this week.

I´ve been slacking a bit of the icepack since its holiday season but I´m sleeping in instead.

Extremely happy with this weeks results:

1,2 kilos and that´s with an extra cheat meal on Sunday(Easter dinner with family).

Worked my butt of during training this week managed 2 judo sessions and two sword-fighting sessions and my muscles have been complaining for most of this Friday. But the results are in and I like it.

Current weigh in: 95,4 kg

Wow only a 0.1 kg this week.

Its probably because I ran out of willpower thursday and had a cheat meal. Surprised it didn´t happen sooner but there you have it.

But then again these things do happen sometimes.

I still have a bit of a belly I cant seem to get rid of any tips on how?

Current weigh in: 95,3kgs.

So My last weigh in was 93,9 kg which is quite a bit, but I did about a half hour sauna session before so it might be quite skewed.

but in any case 900grams short of having lost 30kg.

Good luck, Yig! You need just one more week and will then reach the 30 kg!

Lost a 100 grams this week, which is decent considering I just started working nights in 12 hour shifts and really dont feel like dieting atm.

I´ll be working 1 week and be off on the other, lets see what happens.

Its an 1,3 kg increase this week, but that was to be expected. No dieting was done. I started working 12 hour nightshifts and had other stuff on my mind but the grace period is nearly over. Working tonight and after that its a week of exercise, dieting and most importantly catching a second wind I worked from 2000-0800 for 12 of the last 14 days and the boy needs a brake.

In any case I discovered I can play a computer game at work so instead of eating filthy food I´ll give working and dieting a shot.

Current weight: 95,1 kgs
Weight gained this week: 1,3 kgs.
