I was pretty bushed when I got home friday evening, I was hosting some 100 russians and playing a viking for them.

The numbers are as follows:

103.9 as of 15.02.13. Loss this week 0.7 kgs.

Total loss: 18,1.

Not a whole kg, but still pretty good.

Sweet the Site is back up and I have extra numbers :D

So as of today 18:22 GMT, Iceland.

I have lost on the dot 20kgs

I started 26 of October last year and was 122kgs

And I am now a 102kgs.

I have no intention of quitting but for me this is a milestone 2 kilograms to my original target weight, 12 kilograms til my new target weight.

Back to business as usual.

Down to 99,4 this week and I have achieved my original goal. Looking at my body however I can see that I could stand to lose more weight so on I go.

In other news I am financially down the drain and have to scramble for money to be able to afford rent and presumably later food.

My old boss who is a saint is throwing me some slack and giving me work for about two months.

Those months will be make or brake, if I manage to pull off what I´m planning and make a living of instructing people in what I have been doing so far... great.

But if it does not pan out in two months I´ll be forced to relocate and move back to relatives where I will in all likelihood not be able to continue the diet in its current form.

Starting weigh in October 26, 2012: 122kg
latest weigh in March 8, 2013: 99,4
Lost this week: 1,3 kg
Total lost: 22,6 kg

Also thanks for the support.

Hmm I went up to 100kg this week.

Is it because I started eating onions with my last meal?

or is it muscle gain?

I started work on monday and am walking to and from it on a daily basis. was that it?

I´m not really sure.

in any case gained 600 grams this week...

Did your sleep change? Also short term changes don't mean much.

Well I started work I wake up earlier than usual I try to get at least 6 hours in bed 5 of which are probably sleeping.

So yes my sleeping has changed and as we speak my sleep was interrupted because of acid reflex(which I acquired recently and hate.)

9 hours sleep for fat loss. Otherwise your cortisol is gonna be out of wack causing your insulin to be out of wack.
