That is the worst advice from a doctor I have ever heard of. I hope you went to a different doctor after that.

Well tbh I haven´t gone to a doctor In Iceland and I hopefully never will. I go to Denmark Once every year to fight with other vikings and meet family, I´ll probably go to a doctor there instead.

Down to 118.1.

I´ll measure myself later.

I´m down to 115.4 kilos.

that´s a 2,7 kg drop in a week and I may know the culprit.

Last week I skipped my mealtime C vitamin/Ginseng enriched water(drinking plain water instead), but this week I did drink the enriched water and it seems to be doing me some good.

It may affect my weight that I was really hungry when I did the weigh in, it being a first day at a Job and the meal I precooked the day before wasn´t quite up to the task(Or I did not drink enough water), I think I´ll need to take lunch as late as possible to avoid being hungry.

Down to 113.5

I was not hungry like on the last weigh in day, it may have some influence on the total.

but still a solid 1.9kg for one week, I´ll take that :D

only 700 grams this week, but I got no workouts because I am recovering from last weekends bruises(Viking training weekend lots of flying metal).

Down to 112.8, which is ok but it means I need to excersise.

Also it may be time to do the measurements again and see what they tell me.

Yig, I'll mention something Justhamade posted on my blog once: Diet is for fat loss, exercise is for athleticism. It's really hard to work out to lose weight, so check out your diet for some things to take out. If you're running slightly higher on carb than other things, either take some out or move them to after workouts.

Also, do you have any videos of you viking fighting? Or at leas a photo? :)

here is one, a weapons demo of sorts.

Havent been running any carbs at all(except on saturdays).

Maybie the inconsistency of my eating during the week(later hours and cutting out meals).

I´m wearing a Grey Hoody(the video is about 1 year old now).

I would alter that a bit now. Exercise will help with body composition of physique for most people as well. And the timing of exercise, more specifically timing of carbs around exercise, will also help with fat loss.

But in general, diet and sleep are much more important than exercise.
