In 4HB Tim talks about how when he started his interval 400m training he suffered slight hamstring pulls.
I too have this issue and want to give barefoot running on grass a try. Somthing Tim recommends in the book to help prevent them.
Problem is, its way too cold right now for barefoot running.
So, I was wondering if using barefoot shoes instead would suffice?

Would love to hear from anyone who has used these? And if they are an apt substitute for running bare foot.
