I'm a soccer Dad trying to get my daughter faster on the soccer field. In the 4HB, Tim talks about doing 10 yard sprints to improve time in the 40 from standing still.
I think the exercises he recommends will help, especially if you are timed in the 40 yard dash from a standing start. But are they everything you can do just to increase your speed in general in a sport where you are constantly moving?
My apologies if this has been covered before. I am just reading the 4HB now and have not made it through everything. If there are other posts/articles on this, I would be grateful if you would refer them to me?
